Access Control / Technical Account Manager Events

What you’ll be doing

The Access Control Manager has the daily responsibility for all of the events being run by our clients. This includes:


  • Planning/scheduling and delivery of all equipment and personnel regarding our entrance solutions
  • Manage, maintain and report as necessary on all equipment stock
  • Liaise with and utilise support from suppliers and other partners as required
  • Guidance and support on location access/validation procedures
  • Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to relevant departments in the Company
  • Working closely with our account managers and the event organisers themselves
  • Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
  • Report to Director of Event Services


Your profile


The basics

  • Dutch: Native level
  • English: Fluent
  • Driving licence (full and clean)

Skills and competences

  • Event management degree (or equivalent experience) 
  • Organised, efficient and punctual
  • Can work independently for periods of time whilst being able to easily fit into teams on event sites
  • Keep accurate records of all events and interactions with customers
  • Work in fast moving and stressful event environments
  • Have strong affinity with and knowledge of events and the entertainment/music sector
  • High affinity with hardware including wireless networks, PDAs, scanners, PC’s
  • Good sense of humour & fun
  • Geographical awareness

Job type: Full-time (40 hrs) (Hours will vary significantly each week and throughout the year and will often be in the evenings and on weekends. The role is split between office based and on location)
