What you’ll be doing
As a member of the Support Team you will be responsible for answering Support Agents questions and ticket buyers online in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate information and high levels of customer satisfaction.


The specifics

Duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Providing email support to Support Agents and internal Account Managers in the day to day running of Customer Support
  • Providing general support (when required) to the Head of Support
  • Assisting with customer queries and problems, and acting as an escalation point -  via email
  • Escalate issues to  IT,  Finance or Head of Support where necessary
  • Handling payment disputes and processing any refund requests
  • Acting on Fraud Alerts and cancelling orders where necessary
  • Search for missing orders for the Support Agents using Adyen (payment system)
  • Liaise with Account Management team to ensure event owner notified where necessary
  • Attend training sessions to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Report to Head of Support

  • Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced level of French language
