What you’ll be doing

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating and documenting (by cold calling) new opportunities (leads) and prospects for the Dutch sales team. The successful candidate will be based in the Amsterdam office and report directly to the Head of Sales.

 

The specifics

  • Generating leads through own pro-activity, referrals, networking and cold calling
  • First contact for website registrations
  • Sign deals with small accounts
  • Interact with group members from other countries to optimize lead generation process
  • Interact with the sales team on quality and type of leads
  • Initiate progress meetings with the sales team
  • Add new opportunities to the CRM system
  • Understanding prospects potential, and qualifying them
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis via CRM and lead system

Requirements

Your profile

We are looking for a commercial, sales driven and fun person to work with. You are strong with administration, creative in exploring new potential leads and target markets. You collaborate with the commercial team and have an important role in taking our business one step further.

 

The basics

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in a commercial fast paced environment is a big plus
  • Experience in a call center (out-bound) or as a sales support is a big plus

  • Results driven attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (Dutch on a native level and preferably English)
  • A confident, professional and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, competitive and driven
  • Excellent and accurate documentation and reporting skills
